This form encompasses both free and paid services, catering to Active, Open House, Price Reduction, Pending, and Sold social media images, as well as website updating, specifically for websites that we have created and currently maintain.

For all "Just Listed," "Price Reduction," or "Open House" images, we commit to posting them within 24 hours of receipt. If you email us before 12 pm on Friday, we'll make every effort to have them posted on the same day. However, any requests received after 12 pm on Friday may not be posted until Saturday or Monday.

In urgent situations, if you need immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to call or text us at 425-444-9220. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs promptly.

Website - $75

  • Add Just Listed property page to website.

  • Can include Matterport, video, pictures, flyers, and other types of media you have available.
    *If we have created website for you or have access to your current website.

  • This is great to link back all your social media to.

Social Media Blitz - $75

  • Just Listed image added to all social media with link to property website page.

  • Facebook & Instagram posts will be boosted to a custom audience.

  • Open House Image included with Facebook event & boost.

*All post boosts are charged to client’s Facebook account.

Just Listed Email - $75

  • Just Listed email created and sent out to your lists with link back to website listing.

Flyers - $75

  • Custom Flyers; horizontal or vertical. $100 if you would like both.

  • We can create flyers for you to print out or we can create them in your XpressDocs account.
